EagleRidge Minerals Ltd (ERM) is an exploration company dedicated to the discovery of precious and base metals deposits in Canada. Key properties of focus include mineral claims with high gold potential in the Rice Lake Greenstone Belt in the eBissett area of Manitoba and our base metals and gold properties in Newfoundland.

The Company’s value creation strategy is to acquire, evaluate and efficiently explore a significant number of high quality mineral exploration properties. Projects with a recognized high potential will be aggressively explored and advanced. Strategic partners will be selected for those projects requiring longer term development.

Members of EagleRidge’s management played key roles in grass roots exploration and acquiring mineral properties in Manitoba and Newfoundland. The EagleRidge team leverages its in-depth knowledge of the geology of Canadian mining camps, discovery experience and long-term relationships with the mineral prospecting and exploration community, to acquire and explore mineral properties with excellent discovery potential.

1) The greatest assets of an exploration company are its shareholders, employees, knowledge base and its properties.ERM will always be committed to the protection of its shareholders, it's staff and to realizing value from its exploration lands".

2) Not all of the world’s mineral deposits have been found. Factual research, new technologies and innovative thinking are being successfully utilized to make new mineral discoveries in blue sky areas and as well as in historic locations. ERM will endevour to be innovative and factual.

3) New Mineral discoveries are made from the ground up and require fresh approaches, applied knowledge and resources to become value realized. ERM will have an inovative, methodical and hands on approach to exploration.

4) Success in the exploration field necessitates having the means to think and explore outside of boxed boundaries of convenience in acquiring properties and exploring areas that are of geological importance for mineral potential. ERM will carefully review any properties it acquires and select only those that provide the best potential.

5) Geology doesn’t follow political boundaries drawn on a map; it exists as a part of the earth structure. Geology crosses man made boundaries and borders. ERM will not limit its potential by confining its vision to exploring only inside of certain manmade regional boundaries.

6) Protection of the environment and sustainability are key issues that require careful evaluation in mineral exploration or in any business. ERM will always act in a responsible manner and carefully review these key issues on an equal basis with economic considerations.

Business Summary

ERM has an exclusively Canadian exploration property portfolio exceeding 49,000 hectares in size. All of the company properties were acquired, explored and expanded using a tested and proven business model, where preference is given to properties in areas that have;

All of the ERM mineral exploration properties meet or exceed our selection criteria based the above requirements. The company exploration lands have been acquired by direct staking of mineral claims or under reasonable purchase / option terms. A large portion of the properties were also vended in by a company founder.

The company is well on the way to fulfilling its mission, having already made major accomplishments in that direction. In the first year ERM acquired a stable of robust properties, made high grade mineral discoveries, conducted two exploration programs, opened two exploration offices, increased its technical staff and strategically positioned its self as a fresh and aggressive force within Canadian exploration industry.
